Gustav Report from Imperial Developments

As of 10:00AM CST on September 4, 2008 Imperial Developments is pleased to report that Hurricane Gustav has caused no major damage and no flooding to our developments in Gulfport, Mississippi. We take tremendous pride in the properties we sell, and are confident that the high quality of construction in our developments is what has brought us through this storm in such great condition.
At the Tracewood site, there is scattered debris around the grounds of the development but the storm left our buildings standing in excellent condition. At the Pebble Creek development there are only two very minor exterior afflictions and aside from that, the community appears to have weathered the storm perfectly. Grounds clean up is already in progress at both sites, and we hope that by this time next week no one will even be able to tell that Gustav was ever there!
It is recommended that all owners check in with their Property Manager during the course of this week to obtain an assessment of any possible damage to their individual property that may not be visible from the exterior. We ask only that you be patient with us and your Property Manager during this busy time as we try to help everyone in a timely manner.
