If there is one thing certain about the City of D’Iberville in these post-Katrina days is that this small community is excited about the future. There is a good reason too, a building boom is underway in what was once the sleepy little town north of Biloxi’s Back Bay.
Underway at this time are four large apartment complexes that will add nearly 850 new apartments to the Coast’s inventory. In addition, there is the work underway on the new Promenade Shopping Center near the already booming Sangani Blvd. shopping complex.
The new apartments are in four major developments that line I-110 and stretch to Lemoyne Blvd. and Automall Parkway.
